Loves painful wait
I stood in the moonlight saturated with your love
A cool night breeze on my face
The magic of your warm touch at hand
You were the only one I ever sought
The only one in an ocean of choices
So many faces, so many names
Like running through broad green pastures on a bright sunny day, I chased after you with a surreal joy
The smell of flowers thick in the air
Your love sweeps over me as did those warm summers breezes when we first met
Our hearts once mingled as one when we were together
I can't stop thinking of you at the moment
My heart hanging precipitously in the balance of hope
Will you love me again as you once did?
Or will I see the moonlight again in silence?
The hurt of silence knows no bounds
Please reward me again with the sound of your voice
