The top 10 best-paying jobs in the United States are all doctors or dentists, topped by anesthesiologists with an average salary of $258,100.

U.S. News & World Report editors analyzed data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor's 840 occupation categories to compile a list of the top-paying positions.
