Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.62 per Share
ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Aug. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRIM) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 13, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2024.

At the stock price of $64.30 per share at the close of the market on August 22, 2024, the current dividend equates to a yield of 3.86% on an annualized basis.
On July 24, 2024, Northrim reported net income of $9.0 million, or $1.62 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2024, compared to $8.2 million, or $1.48 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2024, and $5.6 million, or $0.98 per diluted share, in the second quarter a year ago.
